Prayer Warrior

Sword of the Spirit

What is a Prayer Warrior?

All I know is…. I am one.

YES – I DID ask for it. I have said, “Lord, use me.” My heart’s desire is to see people healed, in every imaginable way. Break every chain, Lord. Set people FREE.

It is an HONOR to be considered a warrior of any type, right?!

But to be a Prayer Warrior is just like the most awesome calling in the Kingdom!! Of course, I would think like that since I am one, heehee.

When you hear,

“There is nothing we can do.”

or

“You should seek some experimental or alternative methods for dealing with your situation.”

Then what?

I’ll tell you what you do at that point. You get very, very serious about helping yourself.

How do I do that?

Find out what you believe. Ask yourself some vital questions. SURROUND yourself with people who have right believing and then YOU become a Jesus sponge. Learn to ask, seek, knock. Most importantly… learn how to RECEIVE from the Lord.

Have you ever heard of someone being miraculously healed by the Lord?

I’m about willing to bet that you have heard stories of the works of the Lord Jesus.

Did you believe it?

It’s okay to be naive, simple, or gullible when you are alone with the Lord. Be as a little child with a wonderful Daddy God that you can trust with your life. Do not be ashamed. He hasn’t changed – EVER. He healed every single person that came to him. He never turned anyone away and told them they weren’t good enough, or clean enough, or from the right side of town.

Yes, there are liars, thieves, and deceivers everywhere. You should let your “inner voice” help you discern truth. If someone is telling a lie or putting on a show, that’s their problem and it’s not on you.

Every single one of us that are born into the Kingdom of God have access to our Daddy God. Now, if you are just beginning in your prayer life and don’t feel like a warrior yet, follow me. I’m following Jesus so you will actually be following Jesus… just to be clear 🙂

All Glory and Honor goes to the Father, through his son Jesus, for all healing, deliverance, and freedom.

I’ve seen miracles throughout my lifetime but there is no way to describe what it’s like when you get to participate in someone else’s breakthrough just because you are the Prayer Warrior, in the midst.

I have touched the hem of his garment and healing is in his wings.

Please let me hear your stories of what God has done for you.

I want to share them so that faith might be increased!

Your Warrior,

Michelle

Lucky? You’re Kidding, Right?

Sssh, I'm not luckyYou are just ssooooo lucky!

Do you know how lucky you are to have such great kids?

Yeah, but I’m not lucky like you! I wish I didn’t have to work outside the home, either.

We just can’t afford to do like you do. You are so lucky to have the money to do things with.

You know, I’m not lucky enough to have a supportive husband to help me in business.

You are so outgoing and confident. I want to be a leader like you are… if only I could be so lucky.

Lucky? You ARE kidding, right?

Hey, if this article “Punches You Right In The Gut” maybe it was written just for you.

I don’t know, maybe you are just lucky enough to be at the right place, at the right time, to hear it! Hahaha, just kidding… 😉

Now, in case you don’t know me personally, my intent is to help you. Yes, I really do want to help.  I’m one of those strange people that wants to help others. BUT… Sometimes, the way to help people is to shake them up a little, wake them up or even make them mad at you.

Here’s the truth. Throughout this journey called life, I think I have said ALL those statements listed above about being lucky. I have whined, begged God, and manipulated people to try to figure out how to be successful. None of it worked. Eventually, you will start to change your mindset, if you truly want something different than what you have.

First step – Let’s change the word Lucky to Blessed.

We have to start somewhere, right? We all make judgements. That’s our process of reasoning, working things out, and decision making. Everything is a process. Everything!

After joining a work-from-home business in 2000, I started listening to Jim Rohn, who has gone on to be with the Lord, but his training is still available today. I learned from Dani Johnson and went to her seminars around the country. I took online Social Media classes from Sandi Krakowski, who is a Top Social Media expert. (Note: I did not have all the extra money laying around to use. I had to sacrifice!)

I have had 15 years of learning, thousands of dollars in training, and many heartaches to get me to the “Right Place at the Right Time” that I am now enjoying. Yes, I am Blessed!

Are you at the right place at the right time, too?

If you want to be a Leader, tell the Lord, and He shall direct your path. The same goes with any desire of your heart. Ask. Seek. Knock.

  • You may want to raise your own kids instead of leaving them at a daycare or public school system.
  • You are looking to be a stay at home Dad, making a huge income so that you can retire your wife.
  • Are you the one that is not physically able to get out and get a job but you would love to make a full-time income working online.
  • Maybe you are a burned-out network marketer who has almost given up on finding a credible company to represent.
  • Is it you that simply needs a little help to get an extra part-time income?
  • You may be the one who is tired of the commute, tired of the rat race, or just plain tired of being tired. If there’s a better way, you want to know about it.

Then, start looking for the opportunities to appear. Yes, by all means, pray. After you have prayed, don’t miss the answer when the LORD sends it!!! Read that last sentence again, please.

I promise you that I was not lucky. However, I am Blessed! I’ve been blessed with the ability to keep loving, keep learning, keep growing my skill level so that I can make an income working from home!

So, what about you? Can you be held accountable? Are you Blessed? Will you take a look at your situation and take action to get to where you want to go?

Are you teachable? I’m sure you think you are but …

Are you teachable? You have to be willing to shut your mouth and listen. (I still have a hard time with this one, sometimes. Ask my leader, hahaha.)

Are you teachable?

If you want to be successful in business or in life,

1) Trust the Lord and your own instincts. God made you unique.

2) When you need help, get it. Find someone who has been there and came out on the other side. Look at them. Analyze them. Do they have the kind of life that you want? Go to work. It’s okay to copy others but learn to make it your own, whatever it is.

3) Keep learning and growing and lay your EGO down. Whether it’s a prideful, haughty spirit OR an inferior “I’m-not-as-lucky-as-you-are” spirit, Let It Go!

4) Take Action. You will never know if you don’t TRY!

5) Never Quit! Sure, we all go through stages where we want to give up but just… DON’T! Even if it looks like you have quit, you know the difference. Hold on to the dream, even if it’s just barely burning inside you.

6) Leave me a comment if you were here and read this!

Have a Blessed Day!

Michelle

Dealing with the issues of life

Dealing with the Issues of Life

Crying with head in hands over issues of life

One of the issues that I have dealt with my entire life is that I feel other people’s emotional pain. Not in a spooky kind of way or anything but I have a deep-rooted compassion for others. You might say it’s the type of compassion that can only come from Jesus.  However, this compassion has caused me true heartache, also. I am just an everyday person that is in tune with my Spirituality. Some people fine-tune their sexuality. Others have a sharp business-mind. Some can make money while they sleep. Me?…I get to hurt when you hurt!

When I was younger, I would completely put up walls so as to not feel at all. I mistakenly thought that if I shut off my feelings that I wouldn’t be hurt. I didn’t know how to deal with the depth of my feelings. I didn’t know that I wouldn’t ever be able to get that time back. I still go through stages where I shut myself off from people but I now open up to Jesus and grow stronger during these times. Over the years, I have learned how to trust God and let Him use the issues of life and turn them into blessings.

Today is an example of one of those days. (I sometimes think my husband must be superhuman to put up with me.) On his pushing and prompting, I took the puppy for a walk and talked to the Lord.

Is it a coincidence that we have a graveyard close by…. always reminding me to make the most of life and to enjoy the people around me?

Anyway, I was walking and talking and I stopped at two small tombstones side by side. I saw their daddy out there as they were putting up the tombstones yesterday. They were twins, a girl and a boy, who were delivered prematurely and the baby girl lived a week and her brother lived two weeks. Yes, I am crying now. Yes, I was crying then. I could feel the pain because I myself have also felt the pain of losing a child.  But as I stood there, I felt that sweet peace begin to blow through my spirit. Do you know the Peace that passes understanding that is impossible to describe with mere words?

I can tell you that I am as mature Spiritually as I can possibly be right now. Don’t be afraid to care deeply for others. Pray as if it were you going through the tragedy or troubles of life. Let God use you to care and show compassion on others. Jesus brought compassion and mercy and grace to the world. Step out and show people the love that they so desperately need. God has taught me to do this with my big heart and crazy compassionate self, sometimes very gently and sometimes very BOLDLY.

We all have issues that we deal with in this world. If you have lived long enough, you have heard of gang rapes, murders, children who died before they had a chance to live, neglect, spousal abuse, drug addictions, disease, deformities, and all kinds of tragedies. Sadly, the list goes on and on and on.

My husband of 20 years is an Ordained Minister and has been since before I met him. He has preached in churches of different denominations, officiated weddings and he has preached several funerals. At first, the funerals were the worst because I cry so much when I see people suffering the loss of the people they love. I always want to help them understand what death really is and how to cope after they leave the funeral service and the graveyard.

This is the part where I wanted to get to today. I am sure that you can relate to something I have said. I would love to help you deal with some of the issues of life… you know the “biggies”. I want to help you equip yourself for the struggles of life. After having done all that you can do, just keep standing.

Ephesians 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

You need to know that Christianity is not about getting a case of the “do-betters” and repeating after some preacher one time in your life. It’s not just a warm and fuzzy and pretending that everything is ok… and all the while suffering in pain or torment and listening to the lies of the enemy.

You need to be “equipped” to handle the storms of life when they come! I am not speaking death on you but the storms will come. That’s a part of living….learn to deal with the issues of life and get stronger day by day and know that you are not alone!

Jesus is with you. There are people who really care about others and don’t have an agenda. I am one of them so I know it’s true.
