Freedom – My Chains Are Gone

In celebration of our Independence Day when Freedom resonates through our Spirits here in the United States of America, it is my hope and prayer that everyone come to know REAL freedom!

Red White and Blue Balloons

John 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

This song by Chris Tomlin is one that my family sings fairly often. The name of it is Amazing Grace, My Chains Are Gone. If you haven’t already noticed my header is of chains being broken. My heart screams for people to be set FREE from all kinds of bondage!

If you are addicted to anything, the Son can make you free.

I had an addiction to cigarettes for over 26 years. I was smoking 3 packs a day and was INSTANTLY, miraculously set free one afternoon in May of 2006! I will save that whole story for another day but it was one of those days when I found out how much MY JESUS loves me!

You see, it doesn’t matter whether it’s pornography, physical abuse, mental abuse, alcohol abuse, or any other vile Spirit that has attached itself to you… Jesus has power over it all! Our Daddy God sent his Son to deliver us from the mess and He did just that! He paid the price for the Sin of the whole world. We have all been set free already, in the past tense. It is finished. Your freedom is waiting for you. Just receive it NOW!

If you have any stories, no matter how big or small, please share them with me. If you would like to be prayed for, I would count that an honor and a privilege! My Daddy God hears me when I pray and it is HIS GOOD PLEASURE to give to me & you!

Blessings,

Michelle

Help For The Beginner

We Can Help You

Green marker with the words We Can Help You

Have you ever tried to get on track with your finances and everywhere you turn, it seems as if people are talking over your head?

I have been doing a lot of research so that I know how better to help you. My main objective is looking to see what’s out there to help you, the beginner, on the path to a debt-free lifestyle.

I am not trying to talk the language of a seasoned investment broker, a financial planner, or a wealthy tycoon with many different assets.

I want to help the young person with a pile of student loans from their college education. I am looking for a young couple who already have a new family started but was never educated on money matters. I can also help the business person who has so much on their plate that they don’t have time to make a budget. If you are a stay-at-home mom with the weight of the entire household and finances on your shoulders, we can help you.

If you are managing to keep your bills paid on time and need a little help with a budget, we can help you.

If you are just a beginner on the money matters scene and you have no idea about investments and don’t need to know right now, we can help you.

If you have gotten in over-your-head with credit cards and too much month left at the end of the money, we can help you get back on track.

Are you the one that has a great credit score but you have several credit cards, a couple of car payments and a home mortgage? Maybe you just need your eyes opened to the fact that you can attain a lifestyle free of debt. That was me several years ago. I had never really thought about the fact that I could actually get my mortgage paid off years ahead of time.

Staying on a budget is not easy and it takes discipline, but if you really want to improve your situation, we can help you.

There are no fancy fixes to getting your finances in order but there are some simple old-fashioned principles that still work.

1) Keep a payment notebook with due dates, amount due, and name of the person you owe.

2) Record your check number, if you still pay by check, and the date that you paid the bill. I have saved my family a lot of money by having the proof of payment and the date documented. If you ever have to call in and talk to customer service about a bill, get the name of the person you spoke to and write it on the bill with the date you talked to them.

3) Do your homework on your bills. Always be diligent and pay your bills on time, if you can. Don’t allow yourself to make costly mistakes just because you forgot.

4) Let me just invite you to hang around for a year or so. Let’s see where your mindset and your financial situation is a year from now.

I challenge you to ask yourself, “What if these very simple steps actually work?”

Go to the top and grab our newsletter! Let’s get to know each other and stay in touch. This process of a debt-free lifestyle may take a few years. We might as well enjoy a great relationship along the way!

Blessings,

Michelle

Debt-free life!

You can be FREE!

Eagle representing freedom

Having a debt-free lifestyle is not something that is decided and accomplished in a short period of time but it is attainable. I have put together Three Steps to get you started. It takes a lot of discipline and self-sacrifice and that’s why I want to give you steps to get you moving in the right direction. Having a group of people working together on a common mission always helps. Wouldn’t you agree?

Let me tell you again…. You can be FREE!

The first step is to get everybody involved on the same page. If it’s a family unit we are talking about, Mom and Dad are going to make the decisions and then present the plan, as a united force, to the rest of the family. Showing them a debt-free lifestyle and teaching them how to prosper will be one of the most empowering things you could ever do for your children (Other than introducing them to Jesus, of course!).

The second step today is to define debt and then make a list.

Debt (dɛt) n.
1. Something that is owed or that one is bound to pay to or perform for another.
2. A liability or obligation to pay or render something.
3. A sin; trespass.

For our purposes, we’ll call debt something that is owed that you have to re-pay with interest.
This would include all credit cards, student loans, car loans, unsecured loans, lines of credit, mortgage loans, etc. Do not include those monthly bills such as your utilities, tv programming, cell phone bills, or other bills that do not charge interest.

The third step is to start gathering all the information. It’s always easier to analyze something if you have all of the information in one place. So, over the course of the next few weeks, I want you to start collecting the statements and put them all in one place. Use your list of debts and check them off as you receive the statements to them. If you do not receive paper statements, I would suggest changing that so that you can see your progress every month when the statement comes in.

Again, here are your three action steps for today. Get your pen and paper and write them down.

  1. Make up your mind that you would like to be debt-free. Then, formulate your VISION. Go back to my last article on vision, if you need a little help with that.
  2. Make a list of your debts that we defined.
  3. Start collecting the statements over the next month or so. It has your balance, interest rate, and how many months you owe.

If you would like to have a copy of this article emailed to you, be sure to let me know in the comments section and I will send it to you.

Blessings,

Michelle
